Resumen
The Company of Crafts “Artesanías & Crafts Ltda”, this located in to the city of Pasto, Nariño Colombia. Due to their low level of sales the Company Artesanías & Crafts is necessary to develop a Plan Strategic Exporter of crafts from Grass toward the city of Milan, Italy. The present document contains an I Diagnose Internal of the Company that throws a current state of low level as a result in sales, weaknesses in the work capital and a great strength in the design of products. The tool NUD is used (Unique Norma of I Diagnose). When determining the weaknesses, threats, opportunities and strengths of the company are carried out a study of possible markets to export crafts. The preselection of countries and markets throw as a result that an objective, alternating and contingent market exists that are respectively Italy, France and Republic Of the Dominican Republic where Italy is the alternative but appropriate to export crafts for likeness in the environmental politicians and I eat approach but important for its selection it is the level of exports from Colombia to Italy of our product to export, Jardinieres wooden decorations in Fuzz.
