Resumen

[Introducción] Informatics tools have turned in a great support for the humankind. At the moment computers are in everyplace becoming an important part of the process of teaching to supply better results for both, teachers and students. The new Technologies of informatics and communication (TIC) are acting as a mediator in our society. They are encouraging, accelerating processes of change regarding socio-cultural as well as political and economical structures. This study will be based on combining a program designed specifically for the age, needs and cultural background of teenagers and young adults with the latest trends in grammar teaching (focus on form) and applying this innovative tool to foreign language classes in Pasto in order to identify the results of this treatment and to make suggestions regarding the use of technology in EFL courses.
